1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through AutoSetter AI, including but not limited to:

Setup fees

Monthly service fees

Custom service packages

Campaign builds and implementations

are non-refundable.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be provided under any circumstances.

You waive any rights to chargebacks or payment disputes except where required by applicable law.

2. CUSTOM PRICING & AGREEMENTS

All pricing is customized based on your business needs and is agreed upon prior to the start of services.

Pricing may include:

One-time setup fees

Monthly service fees

Optional add-on services

All fees are clearly defined in your agreement, invoice, or onboarding documentation.

3. GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER

AutoSetter AI may offer a performance-based incentive such as:

Continued service without additional management fees until a baseline number of booked appointments is achieved.

This guarantee:

Does NOT entitle you to a refund of any kind

Applies only as continued service, not reimbursement

Is subject to compliance with all onboarding, ad spend, and participation requirements

Failure to meet these requirements voids any such guarantee.

4. AD SPEND & THIRD-PARTY COSTS

You are solely responsible for all third-party costs, including but not limited to:

Advertising spend (e.g., Meta, YouTube/Google)

CRM platform fees (e.g., GoHighLevel)

Communication and automation usage fees

These costs are:

Paid directly by you to the respective platforms

Non-refundable under all circumstances

Not controlled or held by AutoSetter AI

We are not responsible for the performance of paid advertising or any loss of ad spend.

5. USAGE-BASED COSTS (THIRD-PARTY BILLING)

Certain services may incur usage-based costs billed directly through integrated third-party platforms.

These may include (approximate rates, subject to change):

Twilio Calling: ~$0.014 USD per minute

Twilio SMS: ~$0.0083 USD per message

Email (via CRM): ~$0.000675 USD per email

AI Chat & automation usage fees

Voice AI and workflow execution costs

You acknowledge that:

These charges are not billed by AutoSetter AI directly

Rates may vary based on provider pricing

You are responsible for all usage incurred

6. CANCELLATION TERMS

All cancellations are governed by your individual service agreement or contract.

Cancellation requests must follow the terms outlined in your agreement

Services will remain active until the agreed termination date

No refunds will be issued upon cancellation

Failure to follow contractual cancellation terms may result in continued billing or enforcement of agreement terms.

7. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES

We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for:

Unused services

Unused campaign time

Partially completed deliverables

Early termination of services

Delays caused by client inaction

It is your responsibility to fully utilize the services provided.

8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

No refunds or credits will be issued if results are impacted by your failure to:

Respond to leads in a timely manner

Attend scheduled appointments

Fund advertising campaigns

Provide necessary access, assets, or information

Follow onboarding or strategic guidance

Your participation is essential to the success of the service.

9. POLICY CHANGES

AutoSetter AI reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
