1. OVERVIEW OF SERVICES

AutoSetter AI provides a done-for-you, AI-powered lead-to-appointment system designed primarily for real estate professionals.

Our services may include, depending on your agreement:

Paid advertising campaign setup and management (e.g., Meta, YouTube)

AI-powered voice and SMS follow-up systems

CRM setup and automation (e.g., GoHighLevel)

Lead nurturing systems

Appointment booking automation

Optional human appointment setters (ISA), where agreed

We may build and deploy systems directly within your accounts. You retain ownership of your ad accounts, CRM, and data.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE

AutoSetter AI provides a hybrid service combining software, automation, and managed services.

While you may be given access to certain platforms or tools, the service is primarily done-for-you, and outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

You acknowledge that:

We do not operate as a traditional software-only provider

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes

You are responsible for closing deals and converting appointments into revenue

3. NO GUARANTEES & PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee:

A specific number of leads

A specific number of appointments

Any closed deals or revenue outcomes

Results may vary based on:

Market conditions

Ad spend

Offer quality

Sales ability

Responsiveness to leads

Performance Guarantee (Limited)

In some cases, we may offer to continue providing services without additional management fees until a mutually agreed baseline of booked appointments is achieved.

This:

Does not constitute a refund

Does not guarantee business success

Applies only under conditions defined in your specific agreement

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree that you are fully responsible for:

Responding to and attending booked appointments

Closing leads into paying clients

Providing accurate business and offer information

Funding advertising spend

Maintaining access to required accounts

You also agree to:

Act in good faith

Not delay or obstruct campaign performance

Follow all onboarding and setup instructions

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Pricing is customized based on your business needs and agreed upon separately.

Fees May Include:

One-time setup fee

Monthly service fee

Optional add-ons (e.g., ISA support)

Additional Costs:

Advertising spend (paid directly by you)

Call usage (charged directly to your payment method via integrated systems)

Payment Terms:

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed

Payments are non-refundable

No Refund Policy:

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.

6. OPTIONAL SERVICES (ISA SUPPORT)

In some cases, human appointment setters (ISAs) may be provided.

You acknowledge that:

ISA support is not guaranteed

Availability depends on your specific agreement

Results from ISA services are not guaranteed

7. ADVERTISING & ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP

We may run advertising campaigns within your accounts.

You retain:

Full ownership of your ad accounts

Full ownership of your CRM and data

Full access to all systems built

You grant us permission to:

Access your accounts

Create, manage, and optimize campaigns

Implement automation systems

8. COMPLIANCE & LEGAL USE

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including:

Advertising regulations

Data privacy laws

Anti-spam laws (CASL, CAN-SPAM, etc.)

Telemarketing and communication laws

You must:

Obtain proper consent before contacting leads

Maintain compliance with all outreach regulations

We are not responsible for:

Legal violations arising from your business

Improper use of leads or data

9. DATA & PRIVACY

You retain ownership of all:

Leads

Customer data

CRM data

We may access and process data solely to:

Provide services

Improve performance

Maintain systems

We do not sell your data.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All systems, scripts, processes, and materials created by AutoSetter AI remain our intellectual property.

You may use them:

Only within your business

Only during active engagement

You may not:

Resell

Redistribute

Reverse engineer

Copy for competitive use

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AutoSetter AI shall not be liable for:

Loss of revenue

Loss of profits

Business interruption

Lead quality issues

Failure to close deals

Our total liability shall not exceed:

The total fees paid in the last 3 months

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoSetter AI from any claims arising from:

Your business operations

Your use of leads

Your advertising

Your failure to comply with laws

13. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend services if:

Payments are missed

Terms are violated

Misuse of services occurs

You may cancel according to your agreement terms.

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

Alberta, Canada

Any disputes shall be resolved in Alberta courts.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
